One experiment of a design — experiment • pkident

A group of individuals with the same dosing and sampling.

Usage

experiment(times, events = NULL, values = NULL, n = 1, inputs = NULL)

times: Sampling times: a numeric vector used for every output, or a named list with one vector per observed output. Outputs not named are not observed in this experiment.
events: Optional dosing event table (see practical_identifiability()).
values: Optional named values that override the design values for this experiment, typically known constants such as a dose DOSE.
n: Number of individuals.
inputs: Optional known input signals for this experiment (see practical_identifiability()).
